• Three private 60-minute coaching sessions by video, roughly three (3) weeks apart.
• A short intake before session one, so we start on your situation, not the basics. 
• One small experiment after each session to run with your actual team.
• Between-session support when a live moment comes up.
• The CultureSafe worksheets and scripts that fit your situation, yours to keep.
• A reflection-and-repair practice you own long after the three sessions end.

The Details:

• Sessions are scheduled through the link you receive within one business day of purchase and completed within three months of purchase. 
• Reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as used. 
• Sessions are confidential. We do not record sessions.
• Coaching is not therapy and not a substitute for it.
